The Missouri Department of Revenue requires immigrants to present the following in order to obtain a driver’s license:
- A valid, stamped form I-20
- Passport
- Visa
- I-94 card
- Social Security card or letter of Social Security ineligibility (obtained from the Social Security Administration)
