Pop-Up Produce Program

The Pop-Up Produce Program is powered through a cooperative agreement with Missouri under the  U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Local Food Purchase Assistance Cooperative Agreement Program (LFPA).

Through LFPA, the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) seeks to purchase and distribute locally grown, produced, and processed food from underserved producers.

The Alliance is one of several partnerships across the State of Missouri working to feed families in need.

"Just a little note to say thank you for the box of food I received. As a widow and senior, a fixed income leaves no wiggle room. $80 in food stamps doesn't buy much these days. The box of food I received gave me meals to last more than a week. The ground beef made 4 nice hamburger patties, the large spaghetti squash gave me 5 meals, and the cream cheese gave me 5 breakfasts (on toast). The sausage gave me additional meals and some in the spaghetti squash. And the sweet potatoes, one of my favorite things, were wonderful. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart."
